Everyone has systemic intelligence within them, many have lost contact with that way of ‘knowing’. The scientific age has logic in the 1st place, and sensing has been discounted. To respond to the evolutionary forces at play these need to be united in right order and good exchange to access all our ‘knowing’.
Systemic work is designed to liberate the flow of life, generated by activating systemic intelligence. It looks beyond the obvious exploring the personal, collective and universal levels of conscience revealing what is hidden.
For clients it stimulates re-membering systemic principles that we ‘know’ and have developed both fears and
conventions that lead us away from that ‘knowing’.
For consultants it challenges us to grow into our systemic capability and the accompanying consciousness, whilst bowing down to the wisdom that lies within the system itself.
There is both personal work and unlearning to be done to activate this in ourselves. It transforms our work. Sarah will share from her rich experiences, how she weaves the systemic intelligence perspective in all her work, sharing examples and experiential exercises that bring it to life and liberate unseen possibilities.
