Most consultants recognise that stuck areas for their clients often reflect personal as well as organisational difficulties, and that the stuckness may reside in the consultant as well as the client. This session offers participants the opportunity to bring their questions and needs, both as supervision questions and for personal learning. We can also explore what makes for a safe context for this kind of learning.
