Interview, Connection, Responsibility and the Empowerment of the Client

We really do not know what the constellation effectiveness is, as "great" constellations can have poor results and sometimes apparent "bad" constellations have excellent results. The reason for that it is not about the quality of the constellation or the facilitator skills, but about the strength and the will of the client to make the necessary changes. Also, a lot of times, the client does not take full responsibility of all that happens in the constellation. In all constellations there are two phenomena: one is what the representatives are feeling and reporting, and another, quite different, that often we forget, it is what the clients are really feeling, seeing, and perceiving. We will discuss these different views, and, in addition, we will make an experiment for all participants, in order that each one can have their own experience and can take their own conclusions. We will give some clues about the interview, connection and how to give responsibility to the client with real cases of the participants, explaining our interventions. We will focus mainly on organizational issues that are the expertise of the facilitator although, all technics presented can be applied on all type of constellations.
